  • Proposed an electromechanical design for a semi-automated post-processing device for Direct Metal Laser Sintered parts that reduces the operator interaction time by 50% per build plate.

  • Maintained a 100% satisfaction rating on all client evaluations.

  • Designed the frame, enclosures and panels, and electrical and mechanical mounting brackets using Solidworks. Performed System and Subsystem FMEA collaboratively to aide with design approval and integration.
